BritBears Day Trip to Chislehurst Caves

Come and join BritBears for our second day out of the year. This time we are going deep underground as we heading out to Kent to explore the dark history of Chislehurst Caves.
This impressive labyrinth over 22 miles of tunnels was dug out of the chalk from the 13th century to build the old city of London and were then subsequently used for house ammunition and then as a Jazz club.
Entry is £7 each.
The caves are by private tour only, ours will start at 1pm, please dont be late. Afterwards we will then retire to a local pub for a Sunday roast.
12:00 – Meet at Charing Cross station at Midday
12:16 – Train Departs to Chislehurst
12:49 – Train to Arrive at Chislehurst
13:00 – Private Tour of Chislehurst Caves
14:30 – Pub lunch at Bickley pub next to Chislehurst Caves
16:30 approx – return back to London
